SHH was born from a number of influences. Firstly, my son’s initials are SHH. Sage has antimicrobial properties that can help reduce airborne bacteria and pathogens thus cleansing my treatment room in-between each client to keep everybody healthy and Háille (Hal-ya) means beauty in Irish, the country where my roots lay.

My journey with skincare started from an early age when I lived in Ireland and used to steal my Mum’s ponds cold cream out of the jar, which subsequently gave me a rash. I was delighted when she moved on to a more premium brand! I will never forget the feeling of this enriching cream gliding on to my skin and the smell was like nothing I had experienced before. By the time I finished secondary school it was a seemless transition going to beauty college. Being compassionate comes naturally to me which is the perfect trait to becoming a great therapist.

I have worked in award winning salons, gained international experience working in the UAE, became an assessor and lecturer in beauty therapy before opening my own salon in 2004. After a recent 3 year break from beauty therapy, during which I devoted my time to working with neurodivergent children, I have returned to where I have always felt my true self. Whilst providing a space to breathe, have your senses nourished and a time to just be, SHH endeavours to meet all your skincare and relaxation needs.

Your skin is the largest organ in the body and so it deserves the very best.
Through touch, intention, and presence, I help create harmony, balance, and deep relaxation. I use my holistic beauty practices with clinically tested, science backed skin care, supporting not just radiant skin and body wellness, but also emotional alignment. My work is rooted in the belief that when you connect with a client through the power of hands and great skincare, magic happens.
