BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

Bookings can be made on the online booking system, WhatsApp or through the contact page.

I work on an 1-1 basis, therefore, please arrive at your allocated time. Please refrain from arriving early as I may be with a client and their privacy is of the upmost importance to SHH.

I understand that occasionally you will not be able to attend your appointment, so out of consideration to SHH and our clients, I ask you to give 24 hours notice for any cancelled appointments. There will be a 50% charge of the total price if it is less than 24 hours. If you miss your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.
